PHIL PALLOT died on June 18^th 2011. Since 1999 he had been heavily involved in Mustard Seed Jersey, and was often called “Mr Mustard Seed”. He had clocked up in the region of 50 trips to eastern Europe either taking aid in the lorry or distributing and monitoring in the minibus.
